We travelled between January 21 and February 4. The departure airport was Stockholm Arlanda. We landed first in Frankfurt and then had a night flight over to Cape Town. The journey took a total of about 15 hours. I would recommend taking a night flight if you are doing this long journey...

It has also been the most memorable event of my life, and I am so lucky to have got a chance to shoot for this spectacular worldwide event in Surat. Thereby capturing these emotions of this beautiful dancer dancing gracefully lost in the moment. The colours show the passion, and the action shows her dedication towards dance. This is Britain's only free-ranging herd. It's located in the Cairngorm Mountains in Scotland. On my trip to Scotland, I visited the reindeer. It was fantastic. You can feed, touch and take photos with the animals. It's an unbelievable feeling to stroke animals that in the wild you wouldn’t be able to get close to. You do have to pay for the experience so before you can see them you have to buy a ticket at the shop. The shop assistant will explain to you where you must go. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip.
