Kandy, the last kingdom of Sri Lanka is a cultural treat with myriads of temples and shrines dating back to the time of the kings. The wood/ rock carvings and paintings found within these temples are unique and simply breath-taking.

The aura of spirituality that surrounds the city is complemented by plush greenery, heritage architecture, traditional crafts and an absolute panoramic view of the hills that surround the city.
A must visit for anyone planning a trip to Sri Lanka.
